The Continuum and Computational Mechanics seminars take place every semester on Mondays from 2:24 p.m. to 4:05 p.m. The topics of the talks and the schedule are fixed on the first Monday of the semester. Students who wish to take part in the seminar must therefore be present on this date.

The topics of the presentations are based on our current research projects and include, for example

  • Mechanics of elastic and inelastic materials and structures
  • Failure and fracture
  • Computational mechanics
  • Composite mechanics

The topics are assigned according to the personal knowledge and interests of the participants.
