The Institute for Mechanics is located on the fifth floor of building L5|01 on the Lichtwiese campus. The campus can be reached by public transportation as well as by car.

Directions

At Darmstadt main station, take tram line 2 in the direction of “TU Lichtwiese” and get off at the terminus “TU Lichtwiese/Campus”. Alternatively, you can also take the bus line L from the stops “Luisenplatz” or “Schloss” in Darmstadt city center.

Parking on campus is available in the Lichtwiese parking garage. Access is via Eugen-Kogon-Straße and currently costs €2.50.
